"I purchased this laptop a couple of months ago. This is my second laptop after my first one died after a days use! This laptop looks nice, the screen quality is very nice. However thats where it stops. In terms of performance, it is very slow, and when it plays any sort of video, the fan becomes very noisy. The laptop heats very quickly, and the fan get very noisy. The keyboard feels very cheap. Overall, I would consider other products for the same money so please hunt around."

"i loved this machine .. it looks different from the other companies who focused on colours in this range.. the design looks brilliant.. but two things that didnt rock my boat
1. keyboard quality
2. price for the specs.. needed a better graphic card for that price..
i'm still very happy with it.. and gonna buy another one for my brother :)"

"I bought this HP G62 back in March and it's a pretty nice notebook; I wouldn't consider it seriously premium notebook but more of an affordable line from HP with a great design and good keyboard.
The screen is pretty good and in general the notebook has everything you'd need.
The only downsides I'd have to this product are:
- The keyboard finish become shiny after just a days use, it was quite shocking but that's the only downside to this notebook.
Overall a great purchase :)."

"I recently bought the HP G62-106SA. The processing, the LCD screen and graphics were really satisfactory. But that is about it. Everything else makes this laptop feel like a toy. Apart from the LCD screen, everything else looks quite different from the images shown on the HP website. The casing scrathes really easily and the finishing of the keyboard was laughable. They are not even arranged properly. Some keys look more popped-out or more rotated that the others. If you will not be fussy about these, this laptop should make you happy. But if the finishing of a laptop's built matters to you, you will not like it. I honestly doubt this laptop did justice for its price."
